Your subscription and your rewards are separate
The monthly fee covers your listing. Reward credits come out of a float you top up yourself, whenever you want, in whatever amount you want. Float never expires, but it is a pre-payment for gift vouchers, so it can't be paid back as cash. Credits you've already given a customer are honoured even if you later cancel.

Questions people actually ask
Can I switch plans?
Any time. Changes take effect at your next billing date and are prorated automatically.
Is the price the same everywhere?
Yes. Every business pays the same for its plan, whichever region it works in.
What happens if I cancel?
Plans have a minimum term of six months. After that, your listing comes down at the end of the period you've paid for. Credits you've already given customers are still honoured — they earned them. Unspent float stays on your account and never expires, but it is a pre-payment for gift vouchers and can't be refunded as cash.
Is there a minimum reward?
No. Give anything from $1 up to $1,000 per reward. Customers collect credits across businesses until they reach the $5 voucher minimum.
Do credits expire?
Never. Once a customer has them, they keep them until they redeem them for a gift voucher.
