Someone sent you credits. Here's what to do with them.
It's free, nothing expires, and you can turn them into a gift voucher whenever you're ready.
How it works
- 01
A business rewards you
After a job, they send credits to your email or mobile. 100 credits = $1.00. You'll get a message telling you the amount and who it's from.
- 02
Sign up with that same address
This bit matters. The credits are attached to the email or mobile the business used — sign up with a different one and they won't find you.
- 03
Wait out the short holding period
Credits sit as pending for a few days — 3 by default, set by each business. It's there so that if a job gets cancelled or something goes wrong, it can be sorted out before the money moves. You'll see the exact date in your wallet.
- 04
Stack credits from anywhere
Every Elite Estate and Trade Rewards business feeds the same wallet. A builder, a plumber and a real estate agent all add to one balance. Nothing expires, so there's no rush.
- 05
Choose your gift voucher
Vouchers come in $5 steps, from $5 up to $1,000 at a time. Your voucher arrives by email from GiftPay and can be spent at a wide range of retailers.
Why can't I redeem $3?
Vouchers are issued in $5 steps, so $5 is the smallest one that exists. If you're holding less than that, nothing is lost — the balance just sits in your wallet until the next reward pushes you over the line.
Whatever's left over after a voucher stays put and counts toward the next one. Nothing is ever forfeited.
